Actually this challenge is keeping me engaged in activity, even on days where I misbehave and skip my workout I'll still do at least this, so thanks Bekah (how are you doing with the challenge?). Anyways... report: From the 12th till now I've only managed to add 20 secs to my plank (so I'm at 2:20). Man, this whole planking business thing is haaaaard. But I'm almost 50% there (I feel like resting a bit and then having another go just to see if I can squeeze those extra 10 secs today), so I'll keep going. (even though Ocelot is probably waaay ahead of me... afterall dfl > dnf >dns) Update: It took all I had and then some more, but I "collapsed" at 2:31! so halfway-there celebration time!
