It all started at dinner. We were eating at my inlaws. Ofcourse, not healthy, everybody was ordering fries. But i opted for 2 healthy subs. So that was somewhat of a win, there were some fries leftover so i had a few. Coming home i wasn't in the mood for working out. But i didn't felt great, squats were grindy, workset of BP felt way too heavy. Still i got most done. So considering a win... I didn't felt like doing anything extra so after this was done i called it a day. All evening long my stomach was upset with me, making a lot of strange noises. Good news first, monday intake crossift if all goes well tuesday my first lesson (introduction class). Bad news, i tried to shower my mobile phone, it was laying behind my cup of tea which i pushed over, quickly deactivated it and put it in a box of rice. So now i'm hoping at night the rice will attract some Asians who will fix my phone Saturday afternoon, wife is having a walk with the dog and oldest.
