I did not felt like training. It all started at dinner. We were eating at my inlaws. Ofcourse, not healthy, everybody was ordering fries. But i opted for 2 healthy subs. So that was somewhat of a win, there were some fries leftover so i had a few. Coming home i wasn't in the mood for working out. 

 

success kiddd - Didn't felt like working out worked out

 

But i didn't felt great, squats were grindy, workset of BP felt way too heavy. Still i got most done. So considering a win...

 

I didn't felt like doing anything extra so after this was done i called it a day. All evening long my stomach was upset with me, making a lot of strange noises. 

 

Woke up this morning feeling pretty fine.

Tried out HSPU. Started with six, inch thick foam playground tiles, and after every rep i made i removed one. So now i know i can do HSPU with a 2 inch deficit. Gonna train them some more.

 

Yesterday the CrossFit Box contacted me, if all goes well i will be starting next Tuesday!

Nope not dead (yet). But no challenge this round. Just didn't felt like writing one. And i'm just doing much of the same. Besides the fact i'm swamped at work, i really just want a handy way to keep in touch with you guys. So lo and behold, the revival of my ancient Battle Log!

Well it's when you get a bit bored and think "what if i combine Juggernaut with Big But Boring...". DOMS were quite absent so that was pretty.

 

So i have good news and bad news...

 

Good news first, monday intake crossift :D if all goes well tuesday my first lesson (introduction class).

 

Bad news, i tried to shower my mobile phone, it was laying behind my cup of tea which i pushed over, quickly deactivated it and put it in a box of rice. So now i'm hoping at night the rice will attract some Asians who will fix my phone :D 

 

Saturday afternoon, wife is having a walk with the dog and oldest. So i'm working out while the youngest is playing outside, we are having some marvelous spring weather at the moment!
