JamesOfTheNorth Posted March 30, 2016 Report Share Posted March 30, 2016 I've been at it for a couple of weeks now, and today at the end of my workout I used 20 seconds of courage and tried inverted body weight rows for the first time! I did 15 at about a 45 degree angle, and that's something I would have never thought myself capable of before. Today was a stepping stone towards the ever elusive pull up, and an awesome reminder that I am making progress. P.S. I also did my workout, errands, and a solid meal before noon.
