ixaera Posted May 28, 2018 Author Report Share Posted May 28, 2018 1248 (today) /1477(avg) 5/20 - 111.2 lbs arglbargl Was doing fine but we of course went to a 10:15 pm movie (AVENGERS omg you guys) and I was super hungry because normally I'm getting to sleep by then and don't even know I'm hungry, but surrounded by yummy smelling things, I was hungry. So I had pretzel bites and some wine, which tipped me well over the balance on Saturday Today was mostly fine, even in spite of 2 beers at Mr Ix's gym's fights. Watched amateur boxing matches and people doing their first ones! I guess this is a practice round for June at this point. 1477 isn't really cut territory, but at least it is firmly in "don't gain weight" territory, which is important since my fat pants are tight now. Lifts 4/7 Fire Trainer [ ] (not yet) Nothing Saturday or today. The gym fights started before I could get back from lifts so I didn't go So that's one right down the drain. I'm likely to do an at-home replacement workout tomorrow to do something. Clean things: More laundry, groceries 6/12 Relax: Not a workday n/a 2/9 Yesterday I spent time researching my Halloween costume. See I finally found a cosplay crafter who makes the Kaylee coveralls in the style I want them!!!! And doesn't charge 15,000 million dollars. I can afford it finally, and it's happening, so of course I am rewatching Firefly and Serenity. Character research. It's been like 10 years. After about 5 episodes I did some internetting and music listening, then cleaned, read, and got ready to go out with Mr Ix. We watched some Avengers and holy cow, that is a movie. The goals for on call week will be very abbreviated, though. Food things: Keep up the cut, same rules. 0/1300 avg weigh ins June 1/15/30 Gym things: Lifts--do them 4x a week except for on call week. There are 12 total days. 0/12 Clean things: 10 mins OR elliptical. Because apparently energy for both is difficult. 0/30 Relax: Take 15 min during work days to STOP put down the mouse and go disconnect for a few (I wind myself up too much) Keep trying this, even though I suck at it, still. Asking about doing some kinda work, but in a way that was like, threatening not to do it something weird is afoot or I dreamed that Food things: 1446/1870 avg 6/1 111.2 lbs Currently putting on weight, the opposite of the plan, for obvious reasons. Gonna cut the caramel macchiato out after all Gym things: 2/12 Sunday I did this: 5x3 55 lbs strict overhead press no AMRAP 5x2 neutral grip pull ups, then one to grow on 3x10 60 lbs close grip bench press 4x10 65 lb T-bar rows 4x8 80 lbs lat pulldowns neutral grip ~Fin~ And now I have basically a week off. I'm debating between full body dumbbell circuits at the work gym or just doing elliptical every day. The work gym is the only option because I am an unlucky person and will absolutely get pages at the gym with shitty internet.
