Food things: 1345/1738 avg 6/1 111.2 lbs Moving in the planned direction slowly Gym things: 2/12 still on call so none of this til next Monday Just did 30 min on the elliptical in the work gym so I could hop off and connect if needed. Clean things: I did BOTH elliptical and cleaning, so 4/30 Relax: um? I need like a plan where if the clock strikes, like, 4, I just go to the lunch room and read for a bit once I finish whatever I'm working on. But if I do a timer, it'll be annoying and I can't drop my work usually, and another problem is sometimes my work takes a WHILE Tired of shark month guys Spoiler 1 Quote Link to comment

As of last fall, I take a progesterone only pill. So there is no placebo week, you just take the same pill every day. And one time my gyn made reference to the placebo/sugar/non-pills. Like woman, you don't even know what you are saying do you? It's been quiet so I'm going to grab the laptop and attempt to spend a bit of time doing squats, because next week I have 3 days in a row of 7 AM meetings (I think as support I can get away with showing up 7:30 since I help with the aftermath and not the actual process). And I don't want 10 days off the gym. Food things: 1406/1594 avg 6/1 111.2 lbs I like beer you guys. Gimme those Belgian ales and those summer lagers and sours and lambics also make them calorie free thx Gym things: 2/12 I did a lot of elliptical, and yeah, i did get paged on the elliptical once lol (but that worked out much better than getting paged at the heavy metal gym) Clean things: Mostly elliptical here. But yesterday I did clean! Thursday I did neither but it had to do with a 12 hour workday and a slight case of an over caffeinated manic spell. 8/30 Relax: I finally did this on Saturday, and a bit on Friday playing some Conan Exiles, which is fun enough with friends. (Intuitive eating fail.) Gym things: 3/12 Since I'd been out for 6 days, I started back easier. And that was a good thing, because it was hard. Squats 3x5 at 105 lbs Prowler 3xhowever far that is with 60 lbs on the thing Some incline machine chest presses at a light weight, then I got extra nervous I'd have to work at the heavy metal gym which is No Fun so I left and sped all the way home Clean things: Many clean was done. I didn't do as much as I wanted, but hey, a girl has to rest. At least all the laundry INCLUDING sheets got done 9/30 Relax: Some battletech (not much honestly, it got boring), some book hunting (reading The Paper Magician next at the rec of a coworker). Finished Oathbringer. SO GOOD. Had some salted caramel boba tea, because I was in the mood to eat my drink today I guess. Got brain freeze twice. Prepped for a meeting. The rec center I used to go to was old men in the morning and teenage bicep pumpers in the evening, I picked Gerald and co. too The heavy metal gym is Cool People In The Morning and Strangers In The Evening I do know that evening is way more packed, sweaty, and full of muscles and people on the racks I need, so I just don't risk it 1 Quote Link to comment
