I should have taken a pic of my shins post-deadlift for SpecialSundae, since she thinks it is weird that I'm not sending bone chips and blood droplets flying through the air. I just no longer drive the bar into my shins with the force of a world killing asteroid. Protection no longer needed. But thats with man-skin and tons of shin hair. Lady skin is naturally thinner and usually unnaturally less hairy. Hoping to make 4 plates by my first deadlift anniversary in 3 weeks. My arm muscles look good in the mirror after a workout but seem to get shy in pictures.
