Coco P Loco
Ok, so a week late to the game, but I'm in. I have checked out my average mileage per day throughout June, and come to the conclusion that I average 2.4 miles a day. Therefore, for the purposes of this challenge, I will only count mileage above the daily 2.4 miles baseline. Total for week 1 = 2.28 miles (until 9:43pm, Sunday night, IST) This challenge should help me up my run/walk game - I'm going to enjoy this!!! 2 Quote Current Challenge Backstory | Challenge 1 | Challenge 2 | Challenge 3 | Challenge 4 | Challenge 5 "We are what we believe we are." - CS Lewis Link to comment

Alright, I'm in. I suspect I'll be getting that first round though (particularly if my "long" run doesn't go about 6 miles!). 16.81 done for week 1, which is almost perfectly 1/6th of my 100 mile target. 1 Quote Level 21 Wood Elf Ranger STR: 18 - CON: 22 - CHA: 11 - SAN: 19 - INT: 17 IAgreeWithTank™ "Shit is going down, but I am not." - iatetheyeti Don't say "I don't have enough time", say instead "that's not a priority right now" and see how that makes you feel. zeroh13
This sounds really fun. I do so much walking that is actually necessary, that I'm not sure how much extra I can really put in though. (I'm also a really limited with hiking places without the monthly transit pass that I might not be getting because I probably won't have enough work days to justify it and it's so expensive. ) I do get some miles with the walk to and from the playground where I exercise. Yup, I decided that since KT tape was actually made for human skin I would start with that. I wrote duct tape because I thought of that first. I knew someone who used to do that years ago (before KT tape was invented). Turned out that the KT tape was PERFECT! I can't believe I've been running all these years and never tried that. 23 hours ago, Charlie_Quinn said: Urgh, chafing is horrible. I get chafing under my arms if I'm running in a tank-top. Oddly that's really the only place I've seen chaffing. Although I have done some work to prevent it from happening in all the usual places. Just been to check out how easily these products are to get in India - whilst Runderwear appears to be readily available and reasonably priced, Bodyglide is going for 6500Rs for one 0.45 Ounce stick on Amazon India. Which is about $100 at the current exchange rate!!!
