30 cossack squats - ?

30 seconds calf raises - ?  (did a couple of seconds more to get to an even 20)

40 toe taps - ?  (probably did 50 - miscounted and decided that 10 more would be preferable to not enough)

40 reverse angels - ?  (this was a lot harder than I thought it would be)

30 push-ups - ?  (did them on Saturday - 2 sets of 15 - I think 17 would've been failure)

 

60 seconds arm scissors - ?  (as part of my warm-up today)

50 plank rotations - ?  (as part of my warm-up today)

40 jumping lunges - ?  (as part of my warm-up today - needed a short breather after 24)

arm scissors ? part of warm up

plank rotations ?  got lucky and this was already in my workout plan!

jumping lunges ?  24 was also a good break spot

half jacks ? did this in chunks because it was boring
