Can someone explain to me why I find this so easy with my eyes open, but as soon as I close my eyes I can't balance? I think closing your eyes messes with your equilibrium, or something along those lines. We rely heavily on visual input for pretty much everything. When forced to rely solely on sound and our inner ears, humans suck bad. Last challenge the V-up daily dare showed me I have to work on my core, so I've been doing so consistently since then.
