starpuck Posted July 14, 2013 Report Share Posted July 14, 2013 I've officially made it through two challenges here now. (Could have been 3, but I fizzled on my very first attempt.) The last two though? I've nailed it, and the confidence it's growing for me has been amazing! Yesterday, for the first time ever in my life, I took my tank top off during my bike ride and went just with my bikini top. Never before have I been okay enough with my body to do that. And it's really less about the fact I've gotten to a 'perfect size and shape' and more that I am proud of my body as it is now, and grateful that it's growing stronger and more efficient by the week! Just to put some numbers to the Woot here ... here's what the last two challenges combined have done for me. Thanks NF and all my fellow rebels for being part of this amazing support system! I am told by people that I've turned into a "tiny" girl, but I still don't feel confident enough to wear just a sports bra and exercise shorts in public. I always have an old shirt on even though it's way harder to stay cool that way. Unless I'm at my own house (which I usually am).
