I'm new to the site but am very hopeful for a positive change in my life to get on a healthy track. Looking for any new ideas where I can get healthy recipes. Biggest part of getting healthy is diet. I have never minded excerise but I kill my weight by the things I cook. I have been really lucky that all I ended up with is love handles ha ha ha! I'm trying to think outside the box and fix new stuff that I will actually enjoy eating. Tasteful food is the key to staying on a diet.
