420 points from my pull up workout today and yesterday to add to my total. My arms and shoulders are not going to like the OCR training tomorrow! 

 

BTW, everyone you are awesome! I love seeing how motivated people are getting by this PvP!

11 full pullups plus a lot of hanging around. With how everyone else is going I doubt that I will be in first for long!!

nonsense, the majority of my score is from assisted pull ups. I can do full pull ups (but not chins) but not that many! It's all about encouraging everyone to practice!

@Rhovaniel as we both happen to be going to the same gym for ocr training tomorrow and  not that anyone has ever cheated at the monkey bars in this way but this is totally legit right?

What Jon said :). I can't do full pull ups yet either. My points are largely from band assisted and bar hangs. It all counts.

Not cheating at all. For you doing a negative is the same difficulty (or more) than someone who is able to do a full pull up. My points are a mixture of pull ups and negative. The idea of this PVP is  a fun way to motivate us to work on pull-ups, so what you are doing is great.

After a morning of climbing ropes and practicing monkey bars I got a grand total of 2 points from dead hangs from rings.

Did nothing the whole week because I was busy with my masther thesis.

But now 2 full pull-ups, 2 full chin-ups and 20 sec bar hang.

Strong I didn't think I would feel much from just the bar hangs myself, but my buttocks are sore today. So I guess it's done some good after all :D

That I just had to do five more negative chins and one negative pull-up (and some pushups...). I could just feel all that energy in my body that I didn't quite know how to channel anywhere else :D 

 

But now it's time for some :sleeping:

353 points earned from my pull-up workout. I was right that the OCR training yesterday would hurt today. My grip just wasn't there and I couldn't make it past 12 seconds on my bar hangs that complete the workout.
