As of today, I have lost 102 lbs!! I can hardly believe it. My next milestone will be to go below 200 lbs (I'm 221 now). Also, as an aside, I had a 5K last Saturday. I was just having some fun with it, but I ended up smashing my fastest 1K, my fastest mile, and my fastest 5K. What a darn good week! 8 Quote Link to comment
