I dunno) last week, but my chiropractor gave me some tips on improving my technique to avoid injury... and push ups just got a lot harder My AMRAP this week is 13 push ups. Since wildross wanted to leave the position for Beater should be open. The old sheet is there too, you can access it by clicking "Sheet 1" in the bottom left corner. By isolating game 2 follow-ups are made easier and there is less of a chance of someone editing the wrong game.
