ArgSki77 Posted June 24, 2016 Report Share Posted June 24, 2016 Finally hit on of the big milestones in my powerlifting training, 4 plates per side deadlift. New +20lb PR at 405lbs!! I signed up for my first competition in August where the goal is to pull a 1000lb total and this is a big step towards that total. I've tried and failed this max twice before and this time it went up no problem with possibly a few pounds to spare.
