Handstand pushups.... someday.

 

Bench and OHP on the same day isn't that unusual. The bench is my main movement with the OHP as accessory. Similar to squats and deadlifts on the same day which MANY people do :)

FUN FACT!: I was an RA one summer and the campers stayed in the dorms. Every Sunday night I had to go through all the dorms and assess for damage and get them ready for the following week's campers. It was a lot of work, but I got paid decent for it so it wasn't too bad. That was a really fun summer :)

she is only 8, not old enough for the engineering camps...yet!   She is with girl scouts at Camp Maripai - they have horses so its always her 1st choice...

I had a similar job at University of MD, College Park one summer.  You aren't kidding that it was a lot of work. 

Worst offenders: the UMCP football camp.  They trashed their rooms.  Completely. 

The kiddie campers were mostly okay.

Did a metcon last night instead of some barbell work. Just haven't really been feeling spending hours in the gym this summer.

 

3 rounds for time

Renegade rows x12 (12 pushups, 6 rows each side)

Lateral band walks x12 each side

SLDL x12 each side

Walking Lunge w/ Twist x12 each side

 

I used 20# dumbbells for everything except band walks. Finished in 21:56.

There was no olympic lifting or handstand pushups so I think I might be in the clear.

 

FWIW it was still hard as shit.
