Able to do a bodyweight bench press. Run 10K 1/week for 1 month. Earn 2nd Degree Black Belt. Why? I will complete this and try for EC on my next attempt, but I already got considerably slower during that one minute. Cut them up with normal punches in between for the ranger mini.
