high knees. - went for a run instead on that day

calf raises 🐝 

side to side jumps - my knee said no

tree pose. 🐝 wobbly but made it

single leg bridges 🐝  ugh

high crunches 🐝 long enough breaks to call it sets

back fists - that's a no from me, do not want

 

That counts as a workout, right?

Forgot to post last week. Did these on Thursday:

 

60 seconds tree pose hold - 🐝 (TWICE! 60s left leg, 60s right leg!)

40 side-to-side jumps - 🐝

 

And then I thought I'd be launched again, but it stalled. Again. 🤦‍♂️

 

New attempt this week:

 

40 squat hops on the spot - 🐝

40 lunge punches - 🐝

30 side-to-side lunges with toe point - 🐝  (balancing issues, though, had to steady myself against the sofa a couple of times to not fall on my ass)

30 plank crunches - 🐝  (in one go!!!)

Yesterday:

60 seconds stretch hold - 🐝  (I occasionally slipped a few millimeters, so the longer it took, the harder it became)

 

Today:

10 shrimp squats -    (I don't get very low before I fall over, I did burpees instead)
