I'm more than a little behind on this, so I decided to skip the lunge punches (because knees) and worked my way backwards until I had an actual real workout from all these, and of we went.

 

100 side leg raises
30 staggered dead lifts
50 toe taps
30 seconds pacer steps
3 min shoulder taps
60 seconds elbow plank
