That's freaking brutal. Reverse planks with EC done! Today I thought I'd do horrible with the reverse plank but could easily hold it for one more minute. I figured that doing the Daily Dares might introduce me to a few new exercises here and there, but it's only the second day for me! Got it done in one go. I don't think it changed the level of difficulty, both ways seemed pretty tough to me. A good way to get the blood pumping on a cold winter day.
