DareBee's Daily Dare is a great way to get in a little movement every day!  Do you dare try these surprise movement snacks?

The goal is to try the suggested exercise every day.  Need to adapt it for your needs?  Go for it.  Can't quite do the full count?  Do what you can.  Rocked the whole thing and kept going?  Amazing!  Did it go better this time than last?  Share here that you tried and how it went.   Drop a 🐝 if you tried and tell us how you did!

The first person here for the day may need to head on over to darebee.com to copy over the link :)

Shoulder taps 🐝

I kind of lost count and repeated some numbers in the middle so I think I did over 200?  Maybe?  Lesson learned about watching a video while trying to count. Learned but will take no action on.  Anyway it was part of my warm up today

2 minutes shoulder taps 🐝

Did 175, but had to take a short break after 50 and 90 seconds. My endurance is that bad, apparently.

One minute each leg.
