Welcome to the rebellion, Anixgirl!

You really know what you want! That's awesome! Hey, no worries about the paleo thing. If you want to do it, great! If you don't want to do it, great! Everyone has different needs and tastes, so pick what works for you and keeps you happy. The fastest way to fall back into bad habits is to pick good habits you don't enjoy!

Archery is awesome! i haven't done it in years, but I remember two things: 1- it was fun! 2- I sucked. :sorrow:

Good luck with your goals and keep us posted!

I figured with everything else I had tried, one Whole30 challenge was not going to hurt me LOL...(juice fasts, smoothies for 2 of 3 meals, calorie counting not eating over 1200 a day...Paleo is a piece of cake, pun wholly intended!)

my girlfriend has a skin condition (hidradenitis suppurativa) and we have heard good things about gluten free with this, we have both been dealing with the weight issue and wanting to lose...blah, blah, blah...SSDD, she loves Atkins, me, not so much...so we compromised with Paleo :D
