SansSerif
Hi all, I've been an NF reader for some time, but I only just signed up for an account because I'm now seriously ready to get back in shape. Long story short, I've been struggling with a pretty traumatic event that happened almost exactly a year ago. It wreaked havoc on my health, both mentally and physically, and I've gained a ton of weight. I also adopted some pretty unhealthy habits like increased drinking and occasional smoking, which has only worsened my overall health. Losing the weight I gained and getting back on track to fitness is a bit daunting, but I'm looking forward to learning a lot from everyone else on this forum. Thanks in advance for all your support!
