Just want to introduce myself and learn about fellow rebels. Am a 30 year old male, would say a man but more of a child really. Seems many people on here are just getting into fitness, trying to lose a little weight, put on muscle, sculpt a 6pack, get stronger, faster etc. It's great to see a community off support! I have been a fan of exercise for around 8 years, my weight ballooned when my son was born, got to the point of nothe being able to walk to work without getting out of breath, so I decided to make a change, started a local kickboxing class. Damn. That hurt. Kept with it and dropped 4 stone, I train mauy thai now, along with weight training, running, plyometrics, bodyweight, swimming and anything else I can do to keep interested. Very easily bored
