West Virginia NF newb

Well here it is folks, I'm on week 3 of beast mode and clean living and just want to put it out there to people, like me, who give a crap. When I was 17-19 I was strong and in good shape but I let my lack of consistent gains derail me until I was about 23. Then some other life crap got in the way and my usual 175-195lb weight shot to 240lbs in 3 months(is that bad?) So now that I have clear goals and a good plan b for when everything isn't perfect I'm ready to drop that crappy winter weight and get healthy again. Let's do this!
