Just stumbled across this forum and wealth of information and thought I would say hello (as opposed to anonymous lurking!). Little about me... Name is Peter, 30 years old, married, father of three (2 under 3 yrs) Currently waking up every day in Guelph, Ontario Canada. Weighing in at 195 lbs with a goal of around 170 and generally improved health (exercise/eating etc). What brought me here was body weight exercises and learning more about them.
