Tightening up the ol' routine

Hello all!

 

My nickname is Anju. I am a flabby 115lb/52 kg. I started the paleo lifestyle during university, and considering I went to university in Tokyo, it was harder to maintain until I moved to America (meat is expensive and rice is cheap! Super tempting.)

 

Over a couple months I've fallen off the wagon a bit, mostly with sourdough bread. But I am sick of not seeing the results I want from proper eating, so I've decided to throw myself headfirst into the lifting lifestyle! I'm sure I'll be around asking questions and general info, so it's nice to meet you all. :)

Welcome to the rebellion! Nice to meet you too, I do imagine paleo would be tough in Tokyo...I might have to cheat if I ever make it there!
