WhiteGhost
W6 - 82.3 W7 - 82,0 W8 - 81.9 W9 - 81.6 W10 - 81.3 W11 - 81.6 Not going to lie, I was a little disappointed to see that number this morning, especially since I had been seeing better numbers all week. I compared my weights for each week against the scale's body fat percentage to see how much actual fat I was carrying and it painted a much better picture, For the same weeks, the weight of just fat would have been: W6 - 22.0 W7 - 20.4 W8 - 21.7 W9 - 20.1 W10 - 19.9 W11 - 16.9 I have very low confidence that those numbers are accurate, but the overall trend is encouraging. 3 Quote HUNTER OF ALL THINGS SHINY Intro Thread Challenge Log Bodyweight Exercise Library Recipe Book Shuffle Club Level 2 Ninja Strength: 13 Intelligence: 14 Wisdom: 6 Dexterity:14 Constitution: 12 Charisma: 11 Link to comment

Over the last two weekends I weighed two pounds less on Friday than Monday so that tells me weekends are a point to work on. I learned a lot from this, so I’m excited to apply it and get better results 2 Quote Link to comment

Didn't weigh in Sunday morning before we left so this is my last weight from Saturday. I'm very pleased with how this went and hoping I can maintain, if not lose, on this trip to start the next one in a happy place ready to make some more progress! Elennare
Whoops, I'm a day late posting, though I did weigh myself and record it on the sheet yesterday. I had a pretty good week of basically maintaining, and then Monday morning I was up 1.7lbs from where I had been! I am pretty sure it was from a combination of fast food for dinner on Sunday and accidentally getting allergened on Saturday causing some bloating. So, going with that number as the final, since the tracking sheet appears to have ended on Monday, I lost a whole 0.3 lbs this challenge. If we go with today's weight, I lost 2lbs. Because, I have gone down the same 1.7lbs I was up on Monday as of this morning. Which seems...odd. Maybe it's the scale, but I don't know how to check to find out if it is. I guess just keep tracking and see how often it does strange things? Either way, though, my waist measurement hasn't changed from the start of the challenge, so really, I've pretty much managed to just maintain my weight. Not what I want, but it's not going up, so that's good. 1 Quote Wood Elf Waywatcher Mandalorian (Assassin/Ranger hybrid) Link to comment

But I had a lot going on for sure. I'm not pleased about the extra 5 pounds from the scale but very pleased to feel that I have a more reliable measure going forward. Being back in the 250's will feel that much better when I get back there because I know I'm 5 pounds lower than last time. Looking forward to going again. I am feeling good about the next 10 - 12 weeks. Well, to be fair, I'm feeling good about the next 6-8 weeks. I don't know after that. Things might get dicey again late summer. 4 Quote Race: Amazonian Ogre Princess | Class: Ranger | Profession: SuperHero | Affiliation: Doodlie and Pancake for Life Respawn Challenge Arcs: 2021 | 2022 I am not saying I am Wonder Woman. Elennare
Even though the spreadsheet ended, the challenge title says there was an option to keep going through yesterday. So, with yesterday morning's weigh-in being 2.1 lbs lighter than the previous week, my total for the challenge gets updated to 2.4 lbs lost. Which is half of my goal, and still very soundly in the realm of maintaining. *sigh* I really need to figure out how to do better. We doing this again? I like having the extra bit of accountability, even if it doesn't seem to help that much. I maybe have some ideas to make that better for me next go-round. 3 Quote Wood Elf Waywatcher Mandalorian (Assassin/Ranger hybrid) Link to comment
