Hi

I am new here and I have done whole30 for 30 days was great feeling great and paleo diet suit my needs been a month. My training well due to bad DOMS I have rested as moving my arms was so sore but then found out moving was improving it and was only bad when sleeping. Been three days. I got personal trainer session Friday so hopefully DOMS will have gone. Any other newbie experience this?

Yeah, DOMS pops up, even when you aren't a newbie anymore! Changing up a routine with new movements and/or extra weight could make it happen. But for the most part, keeping up your workouts will take care of the worst of it. Keep up the work!
