I’ve always been that chubby girl with the shape of a plate of pasta and matching endurance, seriously in all this time I’ve just grown to take it with lots of sarcasm. But now is the time to change that.I don’t really eat badly or snack much, but I just seriously lack exercise. My daily activities are sitting inside, gaming, writing and drawing, so exercise is a big issue.On top of that the genes are not in my favour, right now I’m just under 70kg with 1,65.My goal is to get in ideal shape (being able to run and jump in a Tomb Raider fashion, geesh I know) Just so I can look at myself in the mirror without hearing inner complaintsThis year I’ve joined the rebellion and started with the beginner body weight workout as a starter. I've had a chat with my mon about diets since she's the kitchen master And we're both now separating carbs and protiens. Exercise just helps along the way, but what you eat is the first thing you must fix if you want to lose fat. Good luck with your goals and keep us posted!
