Excited, so I had to share!

I used to be an obsessive calorie counter, regular gym go-er, etc. Kept getting stuck in ruts and getting irritated with the lack of progress. I have been strictly Paleo for 2 weeks now and have been bad and have been skipping the gym... I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks! Hooray! I am enjoying every minute of this ;)

Amazing. Now stick with for the rest of month. And don't skip the gym. It can become a fun habit, especially when you find what workouts make you go "SQUEEEEEEEE!" If you haven't tried barbell workouts, give them a try. I used to hate working out, until I got under the bar and found my personal heaven.

Weights is definitely more my thing, and I agree barbell is exciting! For some odd reason I turned into a cardio bunny recently... even though I'm not a fan of cardio at all. I know, doesn't make any sense. I'm joining a Crossfit gym in January (for money reasons). I can't tell you how excited I am for that.

I thought the same thing about crossfit gyms, but you kinda have to think of them as more like personal training sessions (depending on the size of your gym, mine is pretty small so we're typically on two or three to a class). Love that you've found your groove, keep at it! :saturn:
