Rather nerdy nerd looking to regain fitness

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone.

I am a 27 year old male who's trying to improve his fitness level by starting (relatively) small.

I'm particularly interested in attempting the board's 6 week challenges, starting at the bottom, and hopefully moving up the ranks.

At primary school I used to be involved in sports like rugby, cricket and a little bit of tennis and athletics, but somewhere along the line lost inspiration to improve and then stopped playing altogether.

I have recently started to do a bit of cycling in my apartment block's small gym and doing some pushups and situps here and there but I would like to start diversifying my workout little by little. I know that I will be able to get great ideas from other users on the forum.

Looking forward to reading about others' fitness adventures and hoping to gain inspiration from the folks on here.

Yours unfitfully
