Back when I was doing the deck of cards workouts, he also thought it was fun to sit on top of the cards. Xena Posted June 29, 2014 Report Share Posted June 29, 2014 I only got 218 squats last week, for a variety of reasons. I'll finish them this week. I guess we will be doing squats together! For this week, I'll add that I will spend 500 seconds upside-down. This can include any kind of handstand prep pose (such as legs perpendicular to the wall in an inverted L shape), arm stand, or headstand. I'm not great at any of these, so if I get into the pose, I can count it for a minimum of 30 seconds. I can also count up to 1 minute per day of shoulder stand (much easier for me).
