Well I am pleased with how this challenge is going so far(!) - I did indeed go for my 'morning' run including the pilates/supermans, then did my physio and the daily dare. Popped out to see someone and got home in time to do my weights and get in some Switch time - played Witcher for the first time in maybe a couple of years and accidentally completed the Blood and Wine expansion :D

Oh, I totally forgot to do any walking though! I did stay in calories, and got into bed on time including reading by 10:45, woo!

Not for me :D I usually have two pints of coffee in the morning and two pints of tea in the afternoon when I'm in the office, and three of any combo when I'm at home. I did at least cut back to half-caf for the coffee though!

So it has to be water (or soda water/roobois/peppermint tea) for this!

Office yester so got ~5 miles walking in. I didn't manage the daily dare as I did some poi before rehearsal and that took up that time. And ofc today's one is much harder :D

I haven't looked up yet how to get physio in while I'm in the office, but at least took one of my loop bands in so I have the option to use it in future. Good hydration but went for a drink after singing so was late home and to bed.

I think I drink maybe 7 pints of liquid (tea, coffee, water) a day, but also apparently hypothyroidism (which I have) can make you dehydrated easier

Good job getting in the exercise and planning ahead. I feel inspired and shall go on a walk during my lunch break. 😍

I feel like I should have some way of tracking throughout the day what I've done as I struggle to remember :D I was wfh which means I ate in calories for sure, and I def did the morning run and physio (with a tougher band, yass). I did a 30min walk after work as I drove to the (further away) shop at lunch. Also got the darebee done, but don't remember doing any other exercise...

I went to bed on time but sadly didn't switch to the book until a few mins past 10:45pm and then light was off a few mins past 11pm so I'll have to dock TWO POINTS!

I appreciate this - I'm usually really hard on myself if I don't do even more... I tend to forget how much I do as I've spent years adding little bits in here and there so they've become habit, so I don't think of them as 'exercise' :D

Worked from home again yesterday and felt hugely distracted for most of the day (I have an important thing to write up and am avoiding). Did a cycle at lunch to the shop and got the physio and darebee done in meetings (doing something else means I pay more attention as otherwise I sit and check emails etc instead of listening). Walk after work but only 15mins as I had an online bookclub to join followed by online boardgames which were fun and social - I was all set for bed on time but then carried on chatting to a couple of the game group. I got into bed just after 11pm in the end, and as I had a few bits to do (duolingo, diary, buying tickets for a things this weekend that I'd forgotten to do) I can't even count that as 'a few mins over', but that's ok.

I'm in the office today and going climbing after work and then to a Nu Metal tribute night so that should be some dancing, woo! Might see if I can sneak some physio in somehow at my desk... hmm...

Headed out earlier than I wanted to be up yesterday for a quartet rehearsal, got a nice walk in the sunshine when I was back home and did my physio and darebee. Got some more dancing in through the evening too, but home at like 2am (after stopping at a maccas drive through - I was cal counting all day though so putting that as a 5pts). I'm pretty sure I wasn't as good as I could have been with water though, esp as I was a bit hungover in the morning.

Had a nice lie in after the late night Saturday, did my physio and darebee while my mate (staying in the other room) had even more of a lie in! Went to meet another friend for a wander around Walthamstow wetlands and had a nice pub lunch. I didn't count calories but probably wasn't massively over, however I did have a little extra snacks when I got home so I'm 0pting it. Got in bed just after 10:30pm as I spent the evening having a massive clear out of my sewing box, and then ended up reading until just after 11pm... Silly single point wasting haha.

Standard wfh Monday. Ran (full), physio, darebee, didn't really have much of a lunchbreak but walked extra for pilates in the eve, and got the weights in. Struggled to sleep despite reading 🤷‍♀️ but I had a difficult convo to have today, so that's probably why. It went ok but I now have to prep a bunch for the next meeting later this week. I was on my phone beyond 10:45 so that does dock me a point, but I'm kinda OK with that as it brings my total back to a multiple of 5!

Oh, also I did kettlebells, and I'm going to count my pilates as it is still exercise, and maybe it'll encourage me to do some on the next bank holiday!

Was in the office yester and remembered to do the darebee before I left, woo! Also managed to get the physio done during chorus warmup, and chose to walk to chorus instead of have a drink with work people and tube there, should probably count this as a woo, gold star as I was very tempted! I did have a few chocolates in the office which put me over calories slightly, but def emotionally needed after the meetings I'd had.

Should have got home on time but the tube randomly stopped early so I had to wait for the next one, and then at home I accidentally stood on the cat who had sneaked up behind me, and then spent a bunch of time trying to work out if she was injured before getting into bed. It was already 10:45pm so I just did phone stuff/diary and did lights off at 11pm rather than reading any, but that's OK.

I am terrible at games and learning games lol but I love Gwent. Final fantasy 8 had triple triad which was fun too but not as good as Gwent. And I hate the final fantasy 9 card game. I just refuse to play it.
