Salutations...

So, where to start?  I'm just an average Joe that basically wants to reinvent himself.  I've been active on and off over the years but I have always been a rather poor eater.  Predictably this has all caught up with me.  So what are my goals?  Well they go like this:

  1. Transform myself from heavy middle aged office rat to a healthy middle aged who has functional strength and vitality for years to come.
  2. Develop a healthy and sustainable training regimen for exercise and martial arts.
  3. Be more productive with less effort.
  4. Have more fun with my life!

Yes they are vague, but its a start.  I look forward to sharing my experiences with you!

Welcome to the rebellion! Diet is an important part of becoming healthy, many try to ignore that factor ;)
