I can't leave team waffle behind even if my entire team will turn coat as soon as team french toast opens up in the next one! I am open to any criticism of this circuit. I agree it isnt bad if you are doing a couple of rounds, but once you start trying to get close to 10 sets in a workout it starts to go overboard. a 1, 5, 10, 15 or a 1, 5, 10, 10 would have been more balanced When I first did this there was a group of about 10 of us. we would do a 1 mile run, go through the deck of cards and then another 1 mile run. It is a fun easy way to go off and haze yourself for 30 - 45 mins. I've only done one round thus far and my yoga mat came in the other day just in time for this challenge!!! Me too! I've only done water A and only done it once so this challenge will be a great motivation to try the rest of them.
