Run 10K 1/week for 1 month. Earn 2nd Degree Black Belt. Why? Because I want to model the kind of health and strength that I want my girls to have when they grow up. Won't be able to update the spreadsheet until I'm home again next week so I'm just keeping score on my own until then. Is this a common thing in martial arts? One thing that may not have been clear in the rules - you have to do the Daily Dare on the day it shows up - no working backwards to fill in days.
