Duality Posted July 18, 2013 Report Share Posted July 18, 2013 My room mate (who was also a college buddy, who I also now work with), told me this morning that I look good physically, that you can really tell I've put in hard work and I should buy myself new clothes. Coming from a 200 pound, 6'1", 10%BF guy that does a lot of crossfit and lifting (5-6 times a week), it was an epic morning.
