Whoops, forgot to post yesterday.

 

60 seconds balance hold - ?  (did it twice even, 60s R/L, 60s L/R)

50 side bends - ?

10 stacked push-ups - ?   (with my left wrist issues, I did knuckle variations - with padding -  but the deeper motion made it harder, small break after 6 and again after ?

 

The split jacks are for later today.

Side bends done. 

Managed 5 regular pushups before my shoulder vetoed continuing.

Split jacks will have to wait, because looking at the animation makes my ankles and knees hurt.

Too tired yesterday, but caught up today:

 

30 seconds split jacks - ?

20 side plank rotations - ?  (twice even! 20 left, 20 right)

10 burpees -    (won't even try one, not with my left wrist)*

 

* did 10 jump squats, 10 knuckle push-ups and 20 elbow plank mountain climbers instead

The kicks were way more fun than the burpees! 15 on each leg for a total of 30.

burpees ?  which were easier than last time!  but still a lot of work

20 side to side jumps - ?  (did 30 to account for the few jumps that lacked any distance because I skidded or tried to go too fast)

30 squat hold calf raises - ?  (took about 5 of them before I found a good position that was a deep enough squat - deeper than the image even - and still had my heels to the floor. Needed a break after 20 because the squat part was surprisingly hard)
