The kids and I noticed we had a ton of canned goods and the freezer was packed to the gills. We have been quite creative in making use of the "stash" since September in an effort to have the money for workouts (the boys do karate) and pay off the credit cards. I'm so proud of us all.It's so easy to get mired down in debt from easy-to-acquire credit cards. I have personally been in and out of debt for years (only now mostly out of debt at this time). With that firmly in mind, then, I smiled warmly when I read this, as being able to free yourself of debt while still taking care of your family is a monumental achievement.
