Wait a second and it's all back to smut.

 

I thought you'd just tell me to spend more time on my video games...?! Maybe? 

 

wasnt there some talk of food smut and regular smut? how bout both? NO VIDEO GAMES UNTIL THE WORKOUT IS DONE!!!! then play all the video games to avoid eating all the things!!!!

Ok, here comes

Week 3

We've been through hell and back (thanks JC ;) ) and we are going to need to SLEEP.

 

The rules are simple:

Count the minutes you lie down with you eyes closed. It only counts if this leads to actual sleeping. Savasana and meditating don't count.

The easiest way is to note the time when you hit the lights at night and when you open your eyes in the morning. If you fell asleep unexpectedly you can give us your best guestimate.

 

We start counting when you wake up Monday morning, and we stop counting when you wake up Monday morning next week.

Challenge week 4: Eat your freggies

The rules:

Count the freggie (fruit and vegetables) portions. A portion exists of 1 veg and is at least 80 grams. An other veg with the same meal of at least 80 grams will be a second portion. 160 grams of the same veg is still one portion.
Legumes don't count. When using mixed veggies estimate the weight of the different type of veggies.
Juices don't count. Smoothies do count (count the fruit/veg you put in them)
