All the mini's look good and most of them go with my goals I've already set. So it's you who has been soiling my stellar reputation around here...Excellent. I'm pretty excited about this. Challenge1: Forbidden FluidsDrink water, tea or coffee (with no sugar, milk, sweeteners or any other funny stuff). Count the ml of other drinks you have (this includes diet soda, milk, smoothies and juices!). The team with the least ml/ounces wins.Like before we'll use the Metric System to count how much forbidden fluids we drink. There is a conversion table in the Spreadsheet (in the HQ tabs) for those metricly challenged. Edit: Just to be clear: Protein shakes are allowed, as long as you make them with water, tea or coffee (no milk!)As always the scores remain a secret during this week. I do have two questions does almond milk count? And what of sugar and calorie free energy drinks and such? I'm not at home all that often and I have no idea how to keep track of these things, when I don't prepare them myself (especially milk in coffee I order, etc.) Sorry waffles. All those exercises hurt my neck. Maybe reverse crunches? Or planking?
