New guy. Already 115 lbs lost!

Hi guys,

 

I've been reading the forums/articles here for a while now. I'm here mainly for general support/encouragement and nutrition info.

 

4 years ago, I was 21 and 300 pounds. I decided it was time to make a change. I work out 6 days a week, and I'm running my first half-marathon in August, so my training schedule is pretty much set for the year!

 

I'm trying to get out of the skinny-fat stage right now, so the nutrition/recipes section is where I've been spending most of my time.

 

I've ran a 6:30 mile, bench pressed my bodyweight, and squatted 1.5x my weight. Now it's time to get serious about cleaning up the diet!

 

First picture is July 2007 (285ish and growing), second picture is October 2013 (185).
