I'm here mainly for general support/encouragement and nutrition info. 4 years ago, I was 21 and 300 pounds. I decided it was time to make a change. I work out 6 days a week, and I'm running my first half-marathon in August, so my training schedule is pretty much set for the year! I'm trying to get out of the skinny-fat stage right now, so the nutrition/recipes section is where I've been spending most of my time. I've ran a 6:30 mile, bench pressed my bodyweight, and squatted 1.5x my weight. Now it's time to get serious about cleaning up the diet!
