Are you hoping to improve in that? Or just asking to see where your fitness/strength fits in with everyone else? You did the pushup version of life, the universe, and everything.Love that. Kaylya Posted July 15, 2015 Report Share Posted July 15, 2015 ACSM Fitness Guidelines for Pushups say that if you're a guy, you're anywhere from Average to Excellent depending on age (and even if you're 20-29 and "Average" you're just 3 pushups away from "Good"). I hit 50 yesterday but an old injury came back whilst in work today so I just did yoga.
