Back in April, I went radio silent because of a small secret I was keeping that was affecting my health. Well, now the secret's out. Quite Literally. My baby girl was born on November 21st of this year after an uncomplicated but exhausting pregnancy that took a huge toll on my mental health. She is SO loved, and my mental health is so much better now that my hormones aren't fucked. And then, three weeks later, I left Indianapolis and moved back to home. Which was a 12.5 hour drive - longer with a baby who needed feeding every few hours. And expensive due to moving everything back to East Coast Virginia. Wild. But starting with the new year I'm going to be making and taking time to exercise, starting to cook again now that I've got energy back, and generally improving my health. Let's do this!
