TheGreyJedi-Ranger Posted July 28, 2015 Report Share Posted July 28, 2015 So I have a double woot for the woot room. First of all, I finished an entire set of the Beginner Bodyweight Workout. I'd been getting to the point where I couldn't finish the third set of lunges- I couldn't get more than 12. Yesterday, during my workout, I managed to finish all of the lunges, and it was almost easy! This is the first time I've seen any improvement that is super visible in my strength workouts and I'm super excited. Also, NO DOMS TODAY I don't know if it was that I'm getting stronger/used to the workouts, the cold shower I took, or the sleep I got, but either way it's fabulous. So yeah. I only managed 2 (sans pushups), but I did push myself a little bit too much in the first set, and wasn't as hydrated as I could have been. Hopefully I'll catch up to you soon! It's probably a combination of all 3.
