I forgot. no caps or anything. As for the exercise the repetition cap is what is done within one deck of cards. which will equate to around 100 reps for the suits. These exercises are capped at Death. (which is probably the same as 1 deck) Every time I go to check something on the first page I see this and I just made a snorting noise at work. This may be a silly question but are we to do the whole deck of cards every day or just over the course of the week? You have been gone too long. I couldn't do twenty burpees without losing form so I did ten and slide the jokers back in the deck so I got the forty in. My first ten cards had six diamonds and three hearts. No, but I do work in a very secure environment which switched networks last week, however they have yet to find NF but they did block almost everything else I can't even open links from emails I get... There is a satisfaction when going through a physical deck and you see your to do pile getting smaller and smaller and then the last 3-4 cards are full of dispair because you know you haven't pulled a single joker yet.... I went through this once and the last ~8 cards were all face cards and jokers.... Got done in 34 min. Will do a different one tomorrow and hope to get close to that time. I think running will take longer then burpees for me.
