Quidditch Round 2 (Push-ups)

I didn't realize this was only a 5-day event! Wow! I guess I'll be trying to churn out as many push-ups at work as I can. ;)

 

For the beater position, I'm not sure I understand the logic behind choosing someone -- no matter who I pick to "beat" on, isn't the impact on the final score ultimately the same?

Remember - The "Keeper" negates points on your team. So, if you have 10 points and choose to block the Keeper's 12, your team will only lose 2 points!

Sorry Hufflepuff I was dead for the past two days. They were well needed rest days but in my timeline we are not done Friday so I'm gonna crank some right now! Sorry! 

 

Edit: I just pulled 7 sets: 30 + 20 + 20 + 30 + 20 +20 + 10 (150 right?)

 

I tried my best to do another one but I just couldn't pull myself back up so... Yeah. Sorry team I'll kill it next week I promise. :)

My wife now tells me that I may have robbed myself of 20 to 30 push-ups from Thursday night. But I can't be sure. So, I'm not counting them.

GUYS. (And... GIRLS.) I'm so sorry for my absolutely horrid and useless performance in the first match. I was out of town and jam packed busy every day. Time to turn my performance around for four weeks. I don't wanna disappoint my team again.

By the way, here's mine:

 

I discovered that the step that I used for most of my pushups last week is actually 2 1/2 inches shorter than the bench I used for my AMRAP last week. (So I probably should have had a few more pushups added to my score, but not enough to help Hufflepuff win. Oh well.). So this week my AMRAP is incline pushups on the step I am usually using for sets during the week.

 

AMRAP: 17 (Hey! That is an improvement!)

 

Happy to play Hufflepuff again. Would kind of like Beater or Keeper, but any position is fine. :)
