And here I am, with burpees being pretty much my favourite exercise, because they're both cardio and strength, and so high-intensity that I can only do them for like... one minute, and it feels like a complete workout. It's the most time-saving thing there is.

But yes, actually doing them sucks... ?

60 seconds bear plank hold - ?

20 shrimp squats -    (can't do them without falling on my ass, tried to do them "assisted" while holding on to the couch, still couldn't do them - these are physically impossible for me, so I'm noping out)

? -? but started full, went to assisted, then to balance not holding my foot  - I'm late to the party, but an alternate could be whatever level of lunge/ elevated back foot lunge/ staggered squat works for you.
