I did this, with EC, but holy shit you guys are crazy for saying that was easy. XD Totally had different expectations going in, having never done one before. :P

I've gotta do mine tonight and I think I'm going to hate it as well.  I've never done a reverse plank before and my regular plank I usually only hold for 30 second reps... we'll see how this goes!

Done with EC. Tacked it on to the end of my gym session which was tough; got extreme pins and needles in my hands towards the end.

Reverse plank done with extra credit. Felt like I could've gone another minute on today's one - (I'm all abs and legs, wait until you hear me crying on another upper body one :) )

I'm with you; legs all the way!

I've been doing these regularly in my workouts (back when I regularly did workouts....) so it was easy. Done with EC.

Done with EC! And since my timer failed to ring, I actually went a little longer than the 60 seconds. :D

I was really feeling those back kicks towards the end - I went running this morning, so my calves were still recovering.
Kept my balance though :)

Done, with EC, and with good karate form (although they would have to be higher in the dojo to keep from, ah, injuring people in a very uncomfortable place.)

I learned from the half pistols - started on my right leg.  I figured if I can't get through my unstable leg with balance, then the EC may not be for me.  Once I had 40 on my right, my left was a breeze.  Good butt workout...

That's a good idea - will remember that one when I try this tonight.

That IS a really good idea. Balance is my weakness, so this requirement that we don't fall over does NOT bode well for me getting EC when I do these later.

Thanks for the tip, it helped massively!

No falling, but plenty of flapping and flagging to keep myself on a relatively even bearing whilst doing these on my right leg. Switching over to the left leg felt easy after all of that. EC today :D

Done with EC. I felt this more on my ankles than anywhere else. Am I the only on who thought that?

Leg raises tomorrow look like hard work. Will stick them on the end of my workout and see how I do!

Nope! I definitely felt it in my feet. I have flat feet so balancing poses usually burn for me though.

Done, but no EC :(. It turns out I'm actually more stable on my right foot, though I'm also right handed. My foot had to touch down to regain my balance once on my right, but three times on my left.

Leg raises done with EC. I was feeling the burn in the front of my thighs with these, might use them again for running strength.

No EC on the leg raises for me. I really don't like those and I can't keep my lower back on the floor through the whole motion. Well, I did my best :)

I always remind myself that I still did more than the person who never tried. You're a champ.

For the leg raises, are your legs allowed to touch the ground between reps?

I usually float mine about an inch or so above the ground, that way you're engaged the whole time.

It's how guy in the demo video does them, too.
